Unique among commercial sellers of honey, we are a family operation and our honey comes exclusively from our own hives, which are carefully attended to without the use of artificial feeds or chemical miticides. This care isn’t compromised by packing with high-speed equipment, but rather is preserved by a slow process without the use of heat or filtration. We do not sell honey from third party producers under our label and are therefore responsible both for the care of our bees and the methods by which we produce our honey.
